Mama's Homemade Pet Food sells online only thus, our delivery policy is:

  • PROCESSING TIME: Please expect your purchase to be delivered in 2 to 5 business days.
  • CONFIRMATION NOTE: We will send you an email confirming your delivery date.
  • DELIVERY FEE: 
  1. Delivery Fee - CA $ 3.00
  2. FREE DELIVERY - if you order more than CA$ 30.00
  3. Delivery OUTSIDE Calgary CITY LIMITS   >>>  Please consult, we will do our best!!!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Mama's Homemade Pet Food has a full commitment with the satisfaction of its customers. 
If you are not happy with the freshness of your purchase or your pet simply would not eat the pet food, please talk to us. We will be glad to exchange the product or even refund your purchase. 
 
CONDITIONS: To be eligible for either an exchange or a refund, you must have the original receipt for the product AND you should return the purchased item in no more than 7 days from the date of the purchase.
